TrustLoop exists to protect children’s privacy, so we take yours seriously too. This policy describes what information the TrustLoop website collects today, while the product is in waitlist phase. Because TrustLoop has not launched, we collect as little as possible.
What we collect
The waitlist form on this site stores the email address you submit directly in your own browser’s local storage (under the key “trustloop_waitlist”). It is never transmitted to us and never leaves your device. If you email us, we receive your email address, name, and message content so we can reply.
What we do not collect
This website uses no analytics cookies, no advertising trackers, and no third-party embeds that profile visitors. When the TrustLoop app launches, it will follow our minimal data collection principle: no message content, no browsing history, no call logs, and no sale of data — ever.
How your information is used
Emails you send us are used solely to respond to your inquiry. We do not add you to marketing lists without your explicit consent.
Data retention and deletion
Since waitlist entries are stored locally in your browser, you can delete them at any time by clearing your site data. If you would like an email conversation with us deleted, contact us and we will remove it.
Changes to this policy
TrustLoop is pre-launch, and this policy will be updated before the product launches. Material changes will be announced on this page. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
